Reinol Ireland

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to orders placed with Reinol Ireland Ltd.

The website is available to both individual consumers and business customers. Separate benefits and payment arrangements may apply to approved trade customers.

By placing an order, creating an account or applying for a trade account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Reinol Ireland Ltd is a company registered in Northern Ireland.

Company No. NI687955
Registered Office: 35 Larne Road, Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland, BT38 7EE

Reinol Ireland supplies professional workplace skin protection, cleansing, care and related workshop products to consumers, trade customers and businesses across Ireland.

2. Customer Accounts

Customers may place an order as a guest or create a standard customer account where this option is available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that account information is accurate and kept up to date.

Account login details must be kept secure and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.

Customers should contact Reinol Ireland Ltd promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

3. Trade Accounts

Businesses may apply separately for an approved Reinol Ireland trade account.

Submitting a trade account application does not guarantee approval. Reinol Ireland Ltd reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend or close a trade account where reasonably necessary.

Approved trade customers currently receive 10% off standard retail prices when logged into their approved trade account, unless otherwise stated.

Trade discounts do not automatically combine with promotional discounts, coupons or other offers unless expressly stated.

Approved trade customers may also be offered additional payment methods or separately agreed credit arrangements.

Trade account benefits are intended only for the approved business and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.

4. Products and Availability

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information shown on the website are accurate.

Product packaging, appearance, specifications or manufacturer information may occasionally change without notice.

All products are subject to availability. Reinol Ireland Ltd may withdraw, replace or discontinue products where necessary.

Images are provided for illustration purposes and packaging may differ from that shown on the website.

5. Prices

Standard retail prices are available to all website visitors.

Approved trade customers who are logged into their account may receive their applicable trade price.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

Consumer prices will include any applicable taxes that Reinol Ireland Ltd is required to charge. Any delivery charges or other applicable costs will be displayed before the customer places the order.

Where an obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred, Reinol Ireland Ltd may correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order. If payment has already been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

6. Orders

Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected.

Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted.

Reinol Ireland Ltd may refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
  • payment cannot be authorised or received;
  • delivery cannot reasonably be completed;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of an account; or
  • information supplied by the customer is materially incomplete or inaccurate.

If payment has already been received for an order that Reinol Ireland Ltd is unable to fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

7. Payment

Customers must use one of the payment methods made available to them during checkout.

Standard retail customers will normally be required to pay at the time the order is placed.

Approved trade customers may also have access to bank transfer or other trade payment arrangements.

Orders paid by bank transfer may be held until cleared payment has been received.

Where separate credit terms have been agreed with a trade customer in writing, payment must be made within the agreed period.

Reinol Ireland Ltd may suspend further supply or trade-account facilities where an account is overdue.

8. Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed or confirmed during the ordering process.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe.

For consumer orders, goods will normally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being accepted unless a different delivery period has been agreed.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods normally passes to the customer when the goods are delivered into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them.

9. Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Goods

Customers should inspect goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.

If goods arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact Reinol Ireland Ltd promptly and provide:

  • the order number;
  • details of the problem; and
  • photographs where reasonably requested.

Customers should contact Reinol Ireland Ltd before returning goods so that appropriate return instructions can be provided.

Nothing in this section affects a consumer’s statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

10. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Consumers purchasing online may have a legal right to cancel qualifying orders without giving a reason.

For most qualifying goods purchased online, a consumer may notify Reinol Ireland Ltd that they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods.

After notifying Reinol Ireland Ltd of cancellation, the consumer should return the goods without undue delay and normally within a further 14 days.

Unless Reinol Ireland Ltd agrees otherwise, the consumer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods.

Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional costs arising from a more expensive delivery option selected by the customer may not be refundable.

Consumers may handle goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. A deduction may be made where the value of returned goods has been reduced by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop.

Certain goods may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including, where applicable, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.

These cancellation rights are separate from the customer’s rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Full details are available in our Refund and Returns Policy.

11. Business and Trade Returns

Where the customer is purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes, consumer cancellation rights may not apply.

Non-faulty business returns are therefore subject to Reinol Ireland Ltd’s business returns policy and any separately agreed terms.

Unless otherwise agreed, non-faulty products submitted for a business return should be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Trade customers should contact Reinol Ireland Ltd before returning any goods.

12. Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application.

Products should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, product information, safety data and other guidance supplied with the product.

Nothing on this website should be treated as a substitute for appropriate workplace safety procedures, risk assessments, manufacturer guidance or professional advice where required.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers.

For business customers, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Reinol Ireland Ltd will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of the website, delayed delivery or use of products.

Reinol Ireland Ltd will not be responsible for loss caused by misuse of products, failure to follow manufacturer instructions or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, branding, logos, photographs, graphics and product information, is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Reinol Ireland Ltd, the manufacturer or other relevant rights holders.

Website content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Users must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

15. Privacy and Cookies

Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The website also uses cookies and similar technologies. Further information is available in our Cookie Policy, and visitors can manage non-essential cookies using the consent controls provided on the website.

16. Changes to These Terms

Reinol Ireland Ltd may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the website, products, payment methods, business operations or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page.

The version in effect when an order is accepted will normally apply to that order.

17. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

If you are a consumer residing outside Northern Ireland, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law applicable to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any right a consumer may have to bring proceedings in a court or jurisdiction permitted by applicable consumer law.
